From the Air

The world looks very different from an aircraft. This gallery includes some of my favourite aerial photos. Some I shot flying over the Humber estuary, but most were taken in the western states of the USA. Aerial photography takes a lot of effort because the aircraft can’t stop or be reversed. It’s also quite tricky taking a photo out of the window with one hand while trying to keep the aircraft stable with the other.
